What is the Fibonacci Sequence?

The Fibonacci sequence is a series of numbers that appears in surprisingly many aspects of nature, from the branching of trees to the spiral shapes of shells. This series is named after the Italian mathematician Leonardo Fibonacci.

Although, he is credited with the creation, he did not actual discover the sequence, it date back nearly 2000 years

The Fibonacci sequence is simple to calculate. The series starts with 0 and 1, and each subsequent number is the sum of the two preceding numbers and goes on infinitely. So, the first few numbers in the sequence are 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, and so on.

The next number in the sequence is the sum of the last two numbers: 21 + 34 = 55.

Then, 34 + 55 = 89.

For our staking software, we have slighty changed the start of the sequence.

We run it. 1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,144 and we stop, and restart.

Stop Loss Safety Option

However, we have a stop loss control, and you can use and on the example below we use it at 8.

This means, after 5 bets the staking restarts (1,2,3,5,8) if winner not hit. Restarts.

Here is only an example and is what we used in our Metro Stop At a Winner. Shown below.

You of course can use any stop loss that suits your selections.

The Software Displays, a Graph for snapshot view of how the series is going.

Above is the staking interface.

You manually enter the Meeting: Race, Horse Name, and the Odds.

The staking amount for the bet, is already displayed so you know how much you are required to invest on the horse/dog/sports team.

You hit Add the software updates, and waits until you enter whether the horse has won or lost.

You can toggle and go to other Sessions you have in the software. You can run as many different sessions as you like.

Plus you can resume and delete sessions from the Sessions Home page. Further below you can see the series of sessions I have run.

How easy is the staking software to use?

The staking can be used with the ratings, or can be used as a stand alone staking plan, and you can use your selections.

Horses, Dogs and Sports can all be staked with it.

The above summary is the last 3 weekends Metro racing in Australia.

Using the First Rated, as long as it is at odds of 2.50 or higher (I use betfair), if the top rated is under 2.50 on Betfair I then use the 2nd rated horse.

And Stop At the First Winner each meeting.

We use 8.00 staking as the highest, so we bet 1,2.3,5,8 then restart the sequence if a winner is not struck.

Even if we don't make a profit still stop at first winning bet.

The last 3 weekends from Metro meetings has return a Profit of 46.35. ROI 37%

This is just one way to use the staking and ratings together.

Just like the staking software these ratings are available on your phone, ipad, tablet, PC or Mac.

And we have two parts to the ratings.

Master Data: You can see every race of the meetings covered, from the top rated to the least.

Top Rated Horses: You set the odds range and then only races where the top rated horse is that odds of better will show.

For example, if you set it like this:

Races where the top rated horse or horses between 2.50 and 3.50 will show in the summary.

And yes, you can end up with more than one horse a race if there are two horses within the price range in this case 2.50 to 3.50.

If you are looking for more open races (higher priced Runners as Favs), then you increase the odds range to say 4.00 and 5.00 then you will see more open races.
